Akhil’s Agent is done and dusted. The film has ended up as a mega disaster at the box office. The producer had already called it a grave mistake to start the shoot for this film without a bound script.
Now, the main man, Akhil too has shared a sincere note on social media where he thanked the cast and crew for their efforts to make this film.
He even thanked the producer Anil Sunkara for being his constant support system through the course of the filming.
But the real deal is that Akhil didn’t utter a single word about the director, Surender Reddy. He didn’t mention the captain of the ship – the director in his note. This has led to rumors that Akhil understood the fate of Agent right in the filming phase and the fact that he didn’t even mention the director in the post release note implies the same.
Had the director put in his honest efforts, the hero would’ve acknowledged it and mentioned it in his note. But Akhil has bluntly sidelined Surender Reddy who is already facing the blame for the disaster. Perhaps the team also feels the director did a horrid job, a netizen commented.
