It was on expected lines and hence there is no surprise. Nani’s new film Middle Class Abbayi (MCA) is going to release on Christmas weekend of December 21st. An official announcement is made.
The trade was in anticipation of the date for a long time. It was the last season of the year, and Dil Raju was planning right from the beginning to have a release at that point. Even with Nenu Local, the intention was similar, but it got delayed at the last minute. What it means is, it will be directly in a clash with Akhil 2, a Vikram Kumar directorial produced by Akkineni Nagarjuna.
If there are no issues like Nenu Local and MCA arrives on time, it also indirectly suggests postponement of another biggie. More on that later, but a clash of an in form Nani and darling of youth, currently, Sai Pallavi with the second film of Akhil would surely be exciting.
