Bollywood Actor Ajay Devgn has entered the shoot of RRR this morning. “My association with @SSRajamouli Sir dates back to 2012. We’ve collaborated in many interesting ways since. Working with him in #RRR is an honor & pleasure (sic),” Ajay Devgn wrote on Twitter.
Rajamouli reciprocated to that saying that the feeling has been mutual and it was an amazing first day of the shoot. Keeping aside the pleasantries, Ajay Devgn’s entry will pose a big test for Rajamouli. The ace director has become a brand in Bollywood post the success of Baahubali 2.
There is a huge market for his films there. It has to be seen if Rajamouli forcibly inserted Bollywood actors like Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt in the script just for the sake of having Bollywood names. Going by Rajamouli’s mindset until now, that would not happen.
But for the first time, the star director will be under very high pressure from Hindi Cinema. Let us see what he does!
