Ajay Devgan Preferred Rajamouli over Shankar?

Ajay Devgan Preferred Rajamouli over ShankarBollywood stars Ajay Devgan and Alia Bhatt are now part of Rajamouli’s magnum opus RRR and we know how big a star he is in B’Town. His inclusion into the project itself means Rajamouli has an author-backed role for him. His inclusion came as a surprise as Alia Bhatt’s name was in circulation since long.

There is a buzz that Ajay Devgan was approached for Shankar directorial ‘Indian 2’ at the same time when he was offered RRR. He had to choose only one between the two as the schedules of the movies would collide and date issues would arise. Though he had no reservations with regard to playing the alleged negative role in ‘Indian 2’, he chose Rajamouli’s movie.

Preferring Rajamouli over Shankar is his choice. The Bollywood star hero says that it’s not the alleged negative character that made him let go ‘Indian 2’ and he would be open to roles that have various shades. So, does that mean his role in RRR is going to have different shades? Why count the chicken before the eggs hatch? Let’s wait and watch. What say?
