Dhada is the biggest disaster in Akkineni scion Naga Chaitanya’s short career. The movie result had hurt him in many ways. The director of the movie, Ajay Bhuyan is an graduate in IIT, Delhi and completed post-graduation in IIM, Bangalore. His first movie, House full which was made before Dhada was released few days ago.
Speaking in an interview in the promotion of House full, Ajay post mortems the result, he said, “Dhada took longer to finish. We are too greedy about the quality and precision and missed the basic essence of film making i.e., Story telling. The producer had given me the liberty of unlimited budget and I was carried away with it. This luxury had made me complacent. And now I believe pressure gets the best out of a director than comfort and luxury”.
