After a long and arduous wait, the theatrical trailer of Powerstar Pawan Kalyan’s Agnyaathavaasi is finally here. At this point, it didn’t feel that necessary, but there seems to be an impossible pressure mounted on the team to have a trailer, and the result can be seen now.
The trailer has all the elements of a blockbuster cut. Only it isn’t as effective as it could be. Few things work, the primary reason being Pawan Kalyan. There is a feeling of abrupt cutting across genres from action to romance to comedy to serious drama. It is as if the makers wanted to highlight the various emotions present in the movie and put it all together without getting the right bits. There is randomness in how it all comes along.
The best bits are the beginning and the end where both the scene and dialogues make an impact. They are what the fans and movie lovers will talk about after watching the trailer. Overall, the trailer does its part in giving clarity regarding the content of the movie without actually revealing any real plot.
