Poes Garden in Teynampet of Chennai has been popular for long and initially it was because of Former Chief Minister Jayalaitha’s residence in the area. After that, we have Superstar Rajinikanth whose residence also is in Poes Garden.
Now, Dhanush is going to construct a house on the land he recently bought in Poes Garden. Both Rajinikanth and Latha Rajinikanth were present at the Bhoomi Pooja ceremony performed by Dhanush and his wife Aishwarya Dhanush.
So, after Jayalaitha and Rajinikanth, Dhanush would be the next film celebrity to have his residence at the posh Poes Garden in Teynampet. His father-in-law Rajinikanth has been residing there for three decades now.
On the professional side, Dhanush’s upcoming movie ‘Jagame Thandiram’ is ready for release and we have to wait and see if the movie goes for a direct release in Theatres or else, will go for OTT release.
