These days, the most obvious destination for a comeback actress is either television or playing character roles on big screen. After a sabbatical of 15 years, Jeevitha Rajasekhar is returning to glamour world and donning the grease paint again.
This time it’s for television not for big screen. The veteran actress would be seen anchoring a show on popular channel Zee TV. One wouldn’t expect her to do a regular daily soap. We would like to see her in something meaningful, don’t we? True to our expectations, the senior actress is going to anchor a show which is related to a social cause.
She says she is also open to roles on big screens, but only those that excite her. When Jeevitha was doing heroine roles way back in 1980s, she had excelled in performance oriented roles and won big acclaim. So yesteryear audience would want to see her doing something meaningful and Zee TV show could prove worthy for Jeevitha’s comeback.
