Adivi Sesh bagged a decent hit with ‘Evaru’ after Goodachari and he did his best to hide that Evaru was a remake of popular Spanish thriller, ‘The Invisible Guest’. He kept mum until the release keeping them guessing. Now Ram is following the same strategy for his next.
Ram after a long gap could deliver a mass super hit with iSmart Shankar and obviously, he wants to keep the graph going. Now the hero’s next has been announced and while the fans are super happy about the new development from Ram, that he is up with another project titled ‘Red‘, but hid the fact that it is a remake of the Tamil film Thadam.
Adivi Sesh avoided the question if Evaru is a remake pre-release but later people didn’t mind since he made significant changes to the original which worked well. Now, will Ram’s director do that?
However, the Tamil original ‘Thadam’ isn’t so popular in Telugu which is a good advantage. But the reason to hide is they don’t want enthusiastic fans to find the Tamil original and watch it with subtitles which will spoil the Telugu remake. Let us see if the hiding strategy works for Ram too.
