Ramabanam actress Dimple Hayathi has taken her case to the High Court now. On Wednesday, she filed a petition with the High Court seeking the dismissal of the charges brought against her at the Jubilee Hills Police Station.
In her petition, Dimple Hayathi alleges that a false case was filed against her due to the influence exerted by traffic DCP Rahul Hegde, who happens to reside in the same apartment complex as she does.
During the court proceedings, the public prosecutor informed the judge that Dimple Hayathi had been served with a notice under CrPC 41A. After hearing the arguments presented, the court instructed the police to adhere to proper rules and procedures.
Chetan Kumar, the driver of the police officer, claimed that Dimple had assaulted his boss’s car, leading to the filing of a case against her and her boyfriend, David.
However, Dimple asserts that Rahul Hegde holds a personal grudge against her and is trying to manufacture a false case. Dimple Hayathi is known for her glamorous performances in films like Gaddalakonda Ganesh, Khiladi, and Ramabanam.
