Actor Sanjay Dutt who has been sentenced to a term of prison seems to be in s lot of trouble over the issue of him getting out on parole twice in a month. Sanjay Dutt has been spending his prison term in Yerawada jail in Pune. Sanjay was let out from the prison for few days on furlough in October itself which was then extended to a month due to his ill health. This time around, Sanjay was granted parole on the basis of his wife Manyata’s ill health. Problem arose when on the same day pictures came up of Manyata attending a film screening.
In this context, the Akhil Bhartiya Vidya Parishad was seen protesting outside Dutt’s residence over him being granted parole on the 21st of December. The protest is over the issue of the apparent favouristism shown to Dutt by the higher-ups in the government.
