The internet has become a nasty place, what with all the bashing and hate on every second person on social media sites. Many actors are dropping their profiles on social media websites like twitter for that reason, the latest one being actor Simbu.
Heroes like Ram Charan, Simbu is also leaving the micro blogging site Twitter so as to not suffer any more abuse thrown his way on social media. The actor said that he doesn’t “want people to misquote [his] tweets”. NTR too was in hibernation for a long time but now he is back to Twitter and making good use of it for his promotions.
He talked about people “misusing their freedom of speech” and said that all he sees on Facebook and Twitter is “hatred, not just against me, even other actors and politicians are being a victim of social media abuse.” One should know how to use this very powerful platform effectively but ignore the abuse to their own benefit.
