The actor-director duo chatted for a long time and about a lot of things. The director even congratulated Khan for his success on ‘Satyamev Jayate’ and wished him good luck for his upcoming movie ‘Dhoom: 3’.

That’s when the actor expressed his desire to make a new version of the Kamal Haasan starrer super hit movie ‘Unnal Mudiyum Thambi’ which is a Telugu remake of Chiranjeevi’s super hit film released in Rudraveena is a 1988. which was also directed by Balachander. The director liked the idea and encouraged Khan to begin working on the film and its storyline. This classic movie depicts a fight between a son and his father which later becomes a revolutionary help to the society.
