Thus it was even more surprising for her when she was nominated for Best Actress award by Vijay TV for her performance in Gautham Menon’s Neethane En Ponvasantham (Yeto Vellipoyindi Manasu in Telugu).

As for her career prospects, Samantha has got the opportunity to work on a film with some substance. The movie in question is Rabhasa where the director is taking full care in order to etch Samantha’s character wonderfully in the film. The movie is expected to go to sets in near future.
