Rajinikanth2.0 teaser was released after the massive hype, and it is out now becoming the talk of the town for all the right and wrong reasons. There are two major issues where people are divided, and one of them is bad news, for now, for 2.0.

The first thing is the visual effects and the quality of it in the teaser. It has two perspectives; one is from the people who have seen it online and the other from those who have seen it in theatres and, in 3D. The latter segment has no complaint regarding visuals and agrees that the smaller online medium doesn’t do justice to it. But, there are parts even they would like to be better in the final version.

There is a second problem that should be a major worry for team 2.0. It is the Bollywood response to the teaser. It has been unanimously negative. The lack of Akshay Kumar in the teaser is their biggest grouse, with fans getting an embarrassment feeling. The visual quality is second on the list.

Akshay Kumar was roped in to give 2.0, high visibility in the Bollywood market. Not using him has been baffling many more so because he is currently going through a glorious run. It has also set in the minds of fans, Akshay Kumar might not have a significant role based on the teaser. Unless the trailer takes a U-turn, this thinking of fans combined with the overall response is going to be a killer blow for 2.0 in Bollywood.
