Vidya Balan is one actress who goes to extreme lengths to get into the skin of her characters. The situation went out of hand during the making of her new film Kahaani 2.
This was disclosed by the director of the film Sujoy Ghosh himself. Speaking about Vidya’s craziness, Sujoy said that Vidya wanted to shave half of her head in one of the scenes so that the stitches from her wound on the head would be visible clearly.
Taken aback by this weird decision Sujoy put his foot down and said there was absolutely no need to shave her head. The talented director praised Vidya for the way she was ready to take this film and role to another level.
Sujoy also said that Vidya even gained a lot of weight for her role and this shows the dedication of the national award winning actress which is a living example in itself.
