#MeToo is gaining momentum with actresses opening up with their horrific stories of sexual harassment and the casting couch incidents in the glamour industry. Though the number is small, even men are coming out to talk about their casting couch experiences.
Two shocking stories of men casting couch had surfaced. One is Adhyayan Suman who complained about Kangana Ranaut who allegedly did black magic on him and even abused him physically. When he revealed the horrific incidents two years ago, people made fun of him and that’s why he is adamant to talk about it again. But, Adhyayan Suman is happy that men have a platform to express, now.
Another story is told by Bollywood actor Saqib Saleem. When he was a new guy in the film industry, he faced sexual harassment. A man tried to put his hands in Saqib’s pants and tried to sexually assault him. Saqib escaped from the guy with a blow on his face. It’s disturbing to know that people, both men and women who are out for work have to face such harassment in the name of offers and opportunities.
