Two films are going to release with three weeks gap between them. The two films have same concept and story and reputed names back them. This strange coincidence is happening in Bollywood.
The two movies are Qaidi Band and Lucknow Central. The basic story of both the films is same. While Yash Raj Films produces Qaidi Band and introduces Ranbir Kapoor’s cousin Aadar Jain as the hero, Lucknow Central stars Farhan Akhtar in the lead. In the past, Yash Raj Films have been involved in similar controversy when their film Sultan was accused of copying from Dangal. Here that doesn’t seem to be the case, and both the filmmakers were reportedly inspired by the same ‘real’ incident.
