According to the reports, Hindi 2.0 made 130 crore Nett in the first week and the trade analysts say 175 crores Nett is a sure number for the Hindi 2.0 and very few chances to enter the 200 crore club. Now, what exactly is the reason for the film to work in Hindi?

If we look at the trend of the film at the box office, the film may not even reach the break-even zone in Telugu. It was a disappointing trade here depending on the pre-release business. Even in Tamilnadu, which is the home turf for the film, it will not be a proud venture due to the high prices sold.

If at all, there is a chance for the film to become a blockbuster, then it is only in Hindi and thanks to Akshay Kumar. Usually, the dubbed films in Hindi get the market from the Mumbai circuits and Baahubali is the only film which crossed this and had a steady business all over. Unlike, Baahubali, 2.0 set its market in Delhi, UP, Punjab, Rajasthan, and Bihar which are the strong territories of Akshay Kumar, which is, thus the main reason for the film to work out well in Hindi.
