Taapsee Pannu Unable to Weave Magic at Box Office CollectionsAfter ‘Pink’, Taapsee Pannu’s image got a big boost up for the way she carried a substantial role which needed a matured performance. Her ‘Naam Shabana’ hit theatres, the prequel for the super hit movie ‘Baby’ released today.

Contrary to the high expectations because of the success of ‘Baby’ and the presence of a star hero like Akshay Kumar, the film is said to have opened to less occupancy. This low note opening is surprising as the trailer of the film brought good buzz to the film.

However, Taapsee is winning praises for her performance as a spy in the making in this spy thriller and the poor writing is decided as the main culprit for this low opening. Only good word of mouth can make things better for the box-office performance of ‘Naam Shabana’ in the coming days.
