Aamir Khan’s ‘Dangal’ is all set for 23rd December release and little did his fans expect that the superstar is going to give them a double treat. While ‘Dangal’ is on its way to hit theaters, ‘(Secret) Superstar’ had its teaser release this Friday.
Aamir Khan is seen playing a cameo in this film, essaying the role of a musician in a quirky avatar. But, he isn’t the protagonist. A teenage girl, who played one of his daughters in ‘Dangal’, Zaira Wasim is playing the main lead.
The teenage girl aspires to become a rockstar, but her father is so conservative that we see him destroying her musical instruments, cutting its strings. The teaser shows moments of Zaira Wasim releasing her song on YouTube, wearing a burqa and hiding her name for the fear of her father.
The main attraction, of course, is Aamir Khan in his variety get-up and quirkish dialogue delivery. The teaser turned out to be a true tease for not only fans but also for movie lovers. It’s going to keep us waiting for the trailer and later the entire movie.
