These days it isn’t easy for any film maker to get inspired by a film or copy parts of a film and get away with it without being caught. But, we aren’t sure that the copy allegations on a big Bollywood film are indeed true as the film is still in the making stage.
The film in question is Salman Khan’s upcoming movie ‘Tubelight’ directed by Kabir Khan. Allegations surfaced on the film that Salman’s film story idea is copied from a 2015 Hollywood film titled ‘Little Boy’. The comparisons are drawn regarding the plot, backdrop and characterization of the lead.
In ‘Tubelight’, Salman Khan will set out to trace his missing brother, like in ‘Little Boy’, in which the lead actor goes on a mission to trace down his father. Both the films are set in the backdrop of a war. Salman is playing a character which has a lot of shortcomings like the lead character in the Hollywood movie, who is teased for his shortness.
