Don’t know whether ‘Baahubali 2‘ has sent the biggies of Bollywood into such a deep shock that they didn’t even acknowledge or respond to the overwhelming response Rajamouli’s epic sequel is receiving.
While Salman Khan continues to maintain silence and watching the rise of Indian Cinema’s stature with ‘Baahubali 2’, his ‘Tube Light’ movie director Kabir Khan felt that the triumph of Baahubali is in the fact that it could woo both the North and the South audiences alike and hence it shouldn’t be seen as a regional film. True.
His response is welcome and we are hoping that the Khans, the Kapoors and the Roshans come out of the deep shock and say something about ‘Baahubali 2’. Kabir Khan is directing Salman Khan’s Eid release ‘Tubelight’ and the filmmaker is keen on the rise of regional cinema and the benchmarks it had set for the future films.
