Ranbir Kapoor is enjoying the success of his latest blockbuster ‘Sanju’, the biopic based on the controversial star Sanjay Dutt. Success had been eluding the talented actor since long and he had been in a low phase with back-to-back disasters despite being highly talented.
‘Sanju‘ was directed by Rajkumar Hirani. In 2006, Ranbir Kapoor’s father Rishi Kapoor, who was a big star in 1970s and 80s fell on director Rajkumar Hirani’s mother. Raju Hirani’s ‘Lage Raho Munnabhai’ became a blockbuster and Rishi Kapoor wanted the director to do a film with his son.
Hence, he fell on the director’s mother feet for the sake of his son. Rajkumar is certainly a genius in filmmaking and it’s not surprising that every star has him on his/her wish list of favourite directors hoping to work with. But, Rishi Kapoor coming from the illustrious Kapoor family is something unbelievable.
