When a project gets delayed for years, we can’t expect the leading stars to stay with the project sacrificing the other offers coming their way. Rana Daggubati had no other go than to back out from a Bollywood movie ‘Nia’.
This movie was launched two years and ago and got shelved to make changes to the script. Meanwhile, Rana has to move on to his next projects and ‘Nia’ remained immersed in certain issues that delayed the project further. Debutante director, Vikram Phadnis was to helm the project.
Finally, Rana walked out of the project and the female lead Bipasha Basu (Rana’s alleged ex-girlfriend) still seems to be connected with the project. However, there is no further update on the film about Bipasha’s commitment to the film. Rana is out of the film for sure.
