The trailer of Bollywood Star Salman Khan’s much-awaited, Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai is out. It is in spirit the sequel of Wanted, which was a remake of Mahesh Babu’s Pokiri. Incidentally, Radhe is also a remake of Korean movie, The Outlaws.
Right from the start, Radhe presents typical Salman Khan film visuals. It is replete with punch dialogues, guns firing, and vehicles exploding and flying all over. We have seen Salman Khan do this countless times before; he does this again with his usual style and swag.
The only problem here is the movies of Salman Khan in the over the top mode are restricted to his fans only. Others find it hard to survive, especially when they are bad. Radhe is in that zone. We have to see which way it goes.
There is a further connection with the popular ‘Seetimaar’ song from Dhuvvada Jagannadham used in the trailer for the Telugu audience. In the past, Salman Khan has also used ‘Ringa Ringa’ from Arya 2 in his movie Ready. Both the tracks feature the actor-music director combo of Allu Arjun and Devi Sri Prasad.
Radhe is the back to the back film of Salman Khan with director Prabhu Deva. They came with a dud Dabangg 3 before. However, the fact that Radhe is a remake gives one hope for decent content.
Disha Patani is the heroine opposite Salman Khan in Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai. It is her first pairing with the top star. Randeep Hooda and Jackie Shroff play other critical roles.
