People use rhetoric to make it sound too weird or too obvious. We are talking about R Madhavan opting out of Aishwarya Rai’s forthcoming movie ‘Fanney Khan’ and how that was portrayed in the Bollywood media.
Madhavan got an offer to romance Aish in ‘Fanney Khan’. The actor liked the script and was interested in working in the movie. But then, he walked out of the movie citing date issues. Rumour has got it that he was thrown out of the movie for demanding a fat remuneration.
Allegedly, he demanded Rs. 1.5 crore for 15 days. As that couldn’t fit into their estimated budget, the makers had to opt for another choice. But, using the word ‘thrown out’ was too much, even if it were used for rhetoric. Madhavan had delivered blockbusters in Bollywood and he isn’t an actor to sign off as nobody.
