Bollywood top heroine Priyanka Chopra is going to produce a film based on the life of a lady entrepreneur Kalpana Saroj who arose from being a victim of domestic violence at the age of 12 to be the boss of a $112 empire today. It has been Priyanka’s dream to make this movie.
According to the latest reports, Balakrishna’s heroine Radhika Apte of ‘Legend’ fame (also ‘Kabali’) was roped in for playing the character of Kalpana Saroj in this inspirational biopic on the entrepreneur. Going by the recent credentials of Radhika Apte, she undoubtedly would be best suited for the role.
There had been a strong contender for the role who had lost it for Radhika Apte. It is none other than Mahesh Babu’s heroine Bipasha Basu of ‘Takkari Donga’ fame. Priyanka Chopra is happy to choose Radhika Apte as she opines that the actress fits the bill perfectly.
