One of the top directors of Bollywood, Ali Abbas Zafar, is back in the news again. This time he reveals his biggest plans that are sure to excite all movie lovers across India.
Ali Abbas Zafar who helmed back to back movies with Bollywood Megastar Salman Khan is planning to come up with an even bigger set of films. They will all be part of a single universe according to him. It is his ‘Superhero’ universe.
The first film to kickstart the franchise will be starring Katrina Kaif. It has been in the news for a long time, but clarity on it is given now. The Katrina Kaif’s flick will be followed by Mr India, an untitled superhero film based on Indian mythology and finally one set in Indian army. These four movies will be linked to one another and will roll out one after the other.
It must be reminded here that, Ali Abbas Zafar’s superhero universe is not the first. Rohit Shetty is already in the process of creating one with his cop movies. He terms it as ‘Cop-Universe’.
As and when these movies kick-off, they will be undoubtedly among the topmost awaited event flicks in India cinema. Here’s hoping things get back to normal so that everything can be put in motion.
