The makers of movies are also trying to find new strategies to promote their films. One of the rudest strategies we have ever come across was applied for the promotions of the coming movie ‘The Dark Side of Life: Mumbai City’.
The makers decided to hang a man on the posters of the film leaving the people shocked when they saw a man hanged on a poster at Oshiwara Signal in Mumbai. People who were shocked after seeing the hanged man was relieved only when they came to know that it was only the dummy of a man for the sake of promoting the movie. This movie is going to portray the emotional and financial struggles of seven individuals in a city like Mumbai.
There are many acclaimed actors who featured in the movie but no superstars to promote the movie and hence, the content itself has to speak on its behalf. Thus, the makers of the movie chose this way to make the audiences be aware that a movie with the title ‘The Dark Side of Life: Mumbai City’ is coming. This movie will be in theatres from 23rd November onwards.
