The trailer of Akshay Kumar’s much-hyped, Laxmmi Bomb is here. It is the official remake of Kanchana starring Raghava Lawrence. He also handles the remake which incidentally marks his Bollywood debut.
The trailer at over three minutes length makes the content of the movie crystal clear. It is a horror-comedy, and the whole thing is mounted in an over the top fashion. Akshay Kumar is a one-man entertainment machine. However, the feelings might not be the same for those who have seen the original version.
The good and bad thing apart from lead here is that quite a few changes are made to the original. It will no doubt give a fresh feel to the audience whether they have seen Kanchana or not.
Unfortunately, Laxmmi Bomb screams theatrical experience. It is not something that can be seen digitally (as an individual) and be enjoyed solely. It is here that the horror-comedy is undone. Still, it is a biggie and the first one featuring a top star. All eyes will be on the reception of the movie among the online folks.
