Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor has been in the industry for decade and half now. She has survived all those years thanks to the powerhouse of talent she is. However from time to time she has also proved her worth as a star whenever the opportunity arose.
Take films like Jab We Met or even a relative underperformer like Heroine, those films had Kareena at the forefront. But they were long ago and since then she hasn’t got films worth enough of her acting talents rue the fans. After a long gap she has again got a film which rides on talent and star power in the form of Ki and Ka directed by R Balki.
It’s a film about gender issues and she is at the center of all affairs. The question now is can she take the film to big success like some of her successors like Priyanka Chopra, Kangana Ranaut and Deepika Padukone are doing. It looks like her last chance, given her age and marital status. Will she make it count?
