Jolly LLB released in 2013 was a National Award winning movie. It won the award for Best Film and Best Actor in Supporting Role. A sequel to the movie has been made and it will release in February 2017.
The trailer for the film has been released and one can instantly feel the difference. Although the writing shows the spark of the original, the acting leaves a lot to be desired, especially from the lead actor Akshay Kumar. He is overacting and it shows, even in dramatic scenes, there is a feeling of loudness. The original despite being a massy affair never had this loudness associated with it.
