Of course, there is a special place for the acclaimed Bollywood director, Sanjay Leela Bhansali in the top directors’ list from India. Now, we are talking about Bhansali as the top director, not Rajamouli because the news is about him.
The ace director has registered a title ‘Gangubai’ with IMPPA (Indian Motion Pictures Producers Council) and it’s interesting to know that it’s the name of a woman who ran multiple brothel houses in Mumbai Redlight area, Kamatipura. Gangubai seemed to have left the business and changed for the good. In the later stages of her life, she even offered protection to the Women forced into prostitution.
If Bhansali had registered a title, it means that the director is working on the script and definitely the movie will be going on to the sets. However, audiences have to wait for the official confirmation of the same though the title says it all. Sanjay Leela Bhansali also co-produced his directorial ventures. So, it’s understood that the director-producer wants to get the things done quite quickly.
