One M & M designs which supplied costumes for Shraddha Kapoor’s upcoming biopic ‘Haseena Parkar’ with the brand name AJTM has filed a cheating complaint on the producer of the movie and also the actress for not promoting their brand during the film’s promotional campaigns.
The above-said company filed a complaint in the Mumbai court for allegedly breaching the contract. They alleged that the producer and Shraddha Kapoor had willfully breached the contract and didn’t comply with the contract they had signed with the costume designers which worked for the movie.
The case is going to come up for the hearing on 26th October as the producer and the heroine intentionally caused losses to the company who wanted to make it big in the Bollywood. They had put in a lot of hard work for the film. Now, they are left with monetary losses after the breach of the contract explains the lawyer of the costumes company.
