Last year, when she posted her pics, she was trolled heavily for the swollen lips and cheeks. Back then, she denied having got a lip job done. After a gap of seven years, the actress faced the cameras for a photo shoot sporting ethnic wear. The obvious question the media asked was about her lips.
She said that she wasn’t much bothered about the trolls as she understands that no one is spared, not even the commoners who are no celebrities. Seems, Ayesha didn’t want to accept about her lip enhancement even after a year. Well, she wants to focus on the good aspects of the social media instead of focusing on the negative aspects of it.
