Vidya Balan is not one of those unconventional actresses who give a lot of thought and time for keeping their body slim and in perfect shape but cannot come in terms with their body type. This renowned actress who impressed Telugu audiences with her innocent and simple Basavatarakam role in ‘NTR Kathanayakudu’ is an outspoken woman in reality.
When asked about the three things she would like to have in her wardrobe, Vidya Balan said that a perfect bra, a pair of jeans and of course her favourite, a cotton sari. Any other woman would have had a list of outfits in her list ignoring the inner wear but Vidya Balan hasn’t been that type who ignores mentioning things for the sake of false prestige. She was at an awards event recently when she was asked about her wardrobe.
She is in her 40’s and the actress enjoys playing unconventional roles like the protagonist in sensible films like ‘Tumhari Sulu’ that was made remade with Suriya’s wife Jyothika in Tamil. ‘NTR Kathanayakudu’ was her debut movie in Telugu and one must agree she lived her role and remains to be one of the best performances in the biopic. If not for her scenes with NTR that carried some emotion in the biopic, the movie would have been totally dry.
