Bengaluru Police have issued notices to Priyanka Alva, wife of Bollywood Actor, Vivek Oberoi. Her brother, Aditya Alva is one of the accused in the Drugs case that is creating tremors in the Kannada film industry for the past one month.
He is absconding since then. The other day, the Police have raided Vivek’s Mumbai Residence and now, they have served notices suspecting that Priyanka is aware of Aditya’s whereabouts and is trying to shield him from not getting arrested.
Priyanka Alva has been summoned to appear before the crime branch. More than 15 people have been arrested in this case including Kannada film actresses Ragini Dwivedi and Sanjjanaa Galrani. Both the actresses are currently serving judicial remand.
Vivek Oberoi is a BJP sympathizer, and also played the role of Narendra Modi in the Prime Minister’s biopic. Even then, the Police are after his brother-in-law.
