Actor Abhishek Bachchan is back in the news with his upcoming project ‘Lefty’, a film about a left-handed person who has special powers. The filming for the movie which Bachchan is also co-producing will commence in January. Directed by Prabhu Deva and produced by Bunty Walia, the movie is still in its casting stages.
While they are currently looking for a female lead, we hear that renowned actress and wife of Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, is ready to play the role. But apparently, Abhishek wants a younger actress to play his lead. The actor insisted on looking for a younger and fresher face despite Aishwarya agreeing to do the film. According to a source close to the actor, they think that Aishwarya, who recently turned heads with her role in ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’, looks too mature to play the role.
The actor-actress couple recently went on a little vacay with daughter Aaradhya after a little controversy involving Aishwarya in ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’.
