Aamir Khan Took Ten Years To Accept A RemakeHe is one of the top stars and is known to take time to get things done. He works at his own pace and is known for perfectionism. No prize for guessing who the star is, it is none other than Aamir Khan.

Once again the ace star shows why he is referred to as “Mr Perfectionist”. Aamir Khan, who has confirmed that he is doing the remake of Hollywood flick Forrest Gump, says that it took him many years to just listen to the script. Well known, actor Atul Kulkarni has written the adapted version, and he wanted to narrate to the star in the year 2006 itself when they were working on a film together. However, it was only after three years that Aamir Khan heard him and in his words, “blown away” by it.

The remake work didn’t start then as getting the rights took them a few more years. Overall it has taken the star over ten years to get going with the remake of Forrest Gump. Titled as Laal Singh Chadha the remake will hit the screens worldwide on Diwali 2020. It will be the next release of the Superstar after the debacle of Thugs Of Hindostan.
