KCR narendra modiIf the rumours in political circles are to be believed, Telangana Rashtra Samiti and BJP may forge an alliance before the Rajya Sabha elections which will be held on June 11th. TRS Chief, CM KCR is playing his cards close about the two Rajya Sabha seats. Suddenly there is abuzz that PM Modi in his last meeting with KCR asked the CM to spare one seat for a BJP nominee.

That would mean that TRS will enter in to NDA government and KCR’s daughter, Kavitha will get a cabinet berth. However such move will ensure that the relations between TDP and TRS will reach their worse end. Already they are locking horns after the Center refused Special Status to the state.

TDP on the other hand, revealed that BJP did not approach it for any Rajya Sabha seat. TRS sources say Modi had asked KCR for a seat but the Chief Minister did not commit. Currently TRS only have one Rajya Sabha member – party secretary-general K. Kesava Rao. The CM at the same time would want three of his men there.
