Chandrababu naidu TDP to drop from fourth RS seat raceTelugu Desam Party is thinking on the lines of dropping from the race of the fourth Rajya Sabha. The party so far had the support of 17 MLAs from YSR Congress and need about 20 more MLAs support to get the seat. However Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is of the opinion that such politics will only be a time waste affairs.

He is of the opinion that if the party goes aggressive about that and miss the seat, it may bring bad name to the party. The party’s strategy will be clear at Mahanadu as there are speculations about more joinings there. If there are no aggressive joinings by then, we may confirm that TDP is not any more interested.

Jagan is planning to send his loyalist, auditor and co-accused in all the corruption cases, Vijaya Sai Reddy to Rajya Sabha with this lone seat. The nominations for Rajya Sabha elections began. Four seats are falling vacant from Andhra Pradesh. TDP is confirmed to get three out of them.
