Dhadi Veerabhadra Rao and Konathala Ramakrishna are two senior and influential leaders hailing from Uttarandhra. Both of them joined YSR Congress during Jagan’s honey moon period before 2014 elections but left the party after the elections debacle. Both of them have sent enough feelers to join TDP.
But Naidu could not accommodate them for various problems in the districts. Both of them suddenly shouldered Uttarandhra problems and is trying to unsettle the government with their demands for several Uttarandhra project. Men close to them admit that these are attempts to make sure Naidu realize their importance.
“Chief Minister already have problems like Kapu issue and other bifurcation problems. Dhadi and Konathala are sure Naidu would not like issues like Rayalaseema neglect and Uttarandhra neglect. So they are using Uttarandhra card to capture his attention like Byrreddy doing in Rayalaseema”, a leader in Uttarandhra say. But can they garner attention of the people first? is the real question.
