Out of the total 33000 acres pooled for Amaravati, the CRDA has to give back 7000 acres back to farmers. The CRDA has to create infrastructure facilities in about 19000 acres of the capital city area. The CRDA has estimated that for the creation of infrastructure facilities like roads, water, power etc., and it will cost One crore per acre.
