Amaravati High Court, Amaravati High Court Construction, Amaravati High Court Building, Amaravati High Court Building Plan, Amaravati High Court Building Architecture, Amaravati High Court Foundation, The High Court bifurcation issue reached Hyderabad High Court now with counsels of Three parties – AP, Telangana and Center telling the court their stance over the issue. Telangana Counsel stressed for the need of immediate bifurcation while AP counsel brought it to the notice of the court that they are fine with the division but could not afford it immediately.

To this, Telangana Counsel went on to say that Hyderabad is the Temporary Capital of Andhra Pradesh for 10 years and Telangana government is in favour of helping AP with temporary high court in Gachchibowli. The interesting episode is yet to come. Center went on to say that they have already helped AP to the tune of 1500 Crore for Capital Construction.

The Counsel said they have no objection if those funds are used for high court construction. Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu few days ago revealed that Center has confirmed that it will be giving only 2500 Crore for the capital and they are also including the funds given for infrastructure development in Vijayawada and Guntur in this account.

2500 Crore is not even enough for the creation of basic amenities and infrastructure. But center is asking to use those funds for high court construction. If a Capital is taken, High Court will be definitely not the first priority for AP to begin with and when there is a financial crisis, it will be certainly not. There are several things which are to be addressed before the high court, Center distancing from its responsibilities with stance like this will only raise doubts over Modi’s commitment to both the Telugu States.
