Amaravati plug and play office Andhra Pradesh government is going to use e-office system and electronic files to ensure smooth shifting of secretariat from Hyderabad to the temporary secretariat in the Amaravati Capital Region. Tech Savvy Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu post the state bifurcation made sure that all the files after the bifurcation are in electronic form.

It is as simple as unplug at Hyderabad and plug in at the temporary secretariat. The officials are only keen on transferring all the paperwork and old files without any major glitches. Naidu inaugurated the interim secretariat on Monday as there are no auspicious dates till September.

All the employees are also in favour of shifting to Amaravati since their major concerns like 5 days work per week for an year and 30% HRA are agreed by the government. The interim secretariat complex is coming up over 25 acres and will have a minimum of six lakh sq feet of working space. The government is also in the process of solving the nativity issue due to the shift.
