Mudragada Padmanabham’s 13 days Deeksha ended on the 14th day with not much damage. The Deeksha definitely had its political ripples but not so big impact on the common people, political experts believe. Kapu Activist and Porata Samiti Founder, Nalla Vishnu who is one arrested in Tuni Arson case, revealed one thing about the entire fiasco.
He said Kapu JAC always wanted to have talks with the Chief Minister but Chandrababu Naidu is not ready to give time for Mudragada. The Kapu Strongman always communicated to the Chief Minister through letters and pressmeets and is always very vocal and aggressive on the Chief Minister. Vishnu’s comment revealed that Naidu is keeping Mudragada at bay.
A TDP leader of Kapu community on anonymity said, “Naidu is not keen on making Mudragada a state level leader. We already have enough indications that he is doing all this with strong political motive. A meeting with CM will garner him the political mileage he is looking for so we do not want that to happen. We will talk to Kapu community through our welfare schemes and Reservations to them”.
