The other day we have seen BJP National President Amit Shah telling that TRS did not approach them with alliance proposal. Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao in an interview on the occasion of his government completing two years in power, also opened up about this topic and lambasted BJP in the process.
“We do not have such thought. We are independent. Some leaders are saying that they will come to power here in 2019. They do not have any mind. In the first cabinet meeting under BJP, they have snatched 7 Mandals of Telangana with injustice. How do we vote for such party? High Court division did not happen in two years. There are stirs for that. This Center is inefficient and incompetent,” KCR said.
The TRS Supremo also foretold that neither Congress nor BJP will come to power in 2019 and regional parties are going to play crucial role. We will decide the role in national politics by that time. Only 200 seats are being contested between Congress and BJP. Rest all are of regional parties.
