Traffic violations like talking on phone while driving, signal jumping, over speeding, carrying overload of passengers/goods, drunken driving, may very soon get your driving license suspended for three months.
Hyderabad traffic police and transport department is planning to enforce this from the last week of this month. This is arrived at a direction received from Supreme Court Committee on Road Safety.
The city police are planning to make helmet compulsory not just the rider, but also the pillion rider. The rule will be strictly implemented from the month end, the department says.
