The committee appointed to look in to the suspension of YSR Congress MLA, Roja reiterated that the Nagari MLA deserved the punishment. Along with her, the committee also opined that the behaviour of four other YSRCP MLAs is not up to the standards demanded by the house. They are Kodali Nani, Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy, Kotamreddy Sridhar Reddy and Jyothula Nehru.
The committee reportedly found them using abusive language on the floor of the house. It is said that Kodali Nani may be suspended from the house and the remaining three members may be let off with one final warning. TDP member in the committee went a step ahead and demanded that they should be made ineligible for contest going further.
The committee recommends the suspension of Roja to continue as the Nagari MLA is not repenting for the personal allegations made on TDP MLA, Anitha. BJP MLA Vishnu Kumar Raju tried to compromise between both the parties. But Roja declined to apologize to Anitha. The committee will be submitted to Assembly’s ethics and previlege committee very soon.
